Description: Singing represents knowledge of music and the ability to use one's voice to make a desired sound.

Who Can Learn It: Only bards can learn Singing.

What It is Supposed to Do: Allow you to learn, know, and sing songs. These songs may have magical effects.

What it Does: Nothing. Singing does not appear to be implemented at this time.
